We regret to inform you that the Company is unable to submit the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 ('Financial Results') by the due date i.e. on or before 14th August, 2022 as the finalization of accounts could not be completed due to certain issues requiring more clarification and discussion to finalize the said accounts. The Company is already making all the efforts to finalize / approve / publish the Financial Results and submit to the stock exchanges as soon as it is finalized with due notice. In view of the extra-ordinary circumstances as mentioned above, we request you to take lenient view in the above matter.
