In Compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, it is hereby informed that 'Trading Window' for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for 'Designated Persons' and persons having access to Unpublished Price Sensitive Information from April 1, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of board meeting for the consideration of the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2020 shall be intimated in due course of time.<BR>
