AK Capital Services Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on January 27, 2021 through Video Conferencing, inter alia, to transact the following matters:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.<BR><BR>3. To consider declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2020-21.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for Designated Persons including their Immediate Relatives pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, including amendment thereto, has been closed from January 01, 2021 till the second trading day after the dissemination of the financial results of the Company quarter ended December 31, 2020 to the Stock Exchange.
