Respected Sir/Madam, As per Captioned subject and as per the SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereto and as per policy on code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information of the Company, we would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for Company''s Promoters & Promoter group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, Connected/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of respective persons aforementioned with effect from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after announcement of Financial Results for & Up to the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2022. Accordingly, all aforesaid persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
