| In continuation of our letter dated 04th November, 2020, and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby enclose the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020, duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today. We also enclose a copy of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company on the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> Further to our letter dated July 30, 2020, intimating fund raising by way of the Rights Issue of Equity shares, the Board of Directors considered the various options and decided to defer the Rights Issue of the Company. <BR> | |
