The Board considered and adopted Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 01st Quarter ended 30th June, 2021 along with Limited Review Report.<BR> <BR> 3. The Board recommend final dividend for the financial year 2020-21 @ 20% at the rate of Re. 0.20 Per Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each and the same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR>
