| ALCHEMIST CORPORATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is in Compliance of Listing Agreement. We hereby inform you that the pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 04th day of November, 2020 at 02:30 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company situated at R-4, Unit 103 First Floor, Khirki Extention, Main Road, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017, Inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record of the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 and any other matters which are necessary with the permission of the chair.<BR> Further, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the directors/officers/designated persons of the company shall remain closed from 01st October, 2020 to 07th November, 2020 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
