| ALFA TRANSFORMERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/12/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the above-captioned subject and in terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform your good office that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company, Alfa Transformers Limited, is scheduled to be held on Monday, December 05, 2022 at 3:00 P.M., to consider, inter alia, proposal for issue of one or more instruments including Equity Shares/ convertible securities or warrants on preferential basis, at such price as may be determined in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, subject to such approvals as may be required. The Trading Window in this regard for dealings in securities of the Company by the designated persons and their relative(s) shall remain closed from the date of this intimation till the expiry of 48 hours after the conclusion of the aforesaid Board meeting.
