| We are pleased to inform you that the Members of the Company at their 28th Annual General Meeting held on Friday, the 30th September, 2022 has approved for payment of dividend @ Rs. 0.05(5%) on the 3,15,26,000 Equity Shares of Rs.1/- each. Kindly note that the Dividend will be paid to all members whose names appear in the Register of Members and in case of the shares held in the D-mat Form to those beneficiaries whose names are provided by the CDSL and NSDL as on the cut-off date i.e. 29" September, 2022 as on the entitlement to participate in the dividend. Further that the Company will start the dispatch of dividend warrants/DDs/credit in the bank account for the year 2021-22 on or after 5 October, 2022. | |
