We would like to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the window for trading in the shares of the Company is closed from 1st day of January, 2022 and shall remain close till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th December, 2021. All the Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.
