| ALKA INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2019 and any other matter if required with the permission of the Chair.<BR> <BR> Further, in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity Shares of<BR> the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window has been closed from Wednesday, 015 January, 2020 till the expiry of 48 Hours from the date the said Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2019 are made public. Intimation regarding closure of trading window has already been given vide our Notice dated 31st December, 2019.
