The Board of Directors in their 251st Meeting held on 10th June 2021 has resolved as follows:<BR> <BR> i. Approved the Audited Financial Statements for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2021 and to publish the same.<BR> <BR> ii. Recommended Equity Dividend of Rs 0.80 per share of Rs 10 paid up for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2021.<BR> <BR> A copy of the Audited Financial Results with Independent Auditors Report and declaration with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results are enclosed.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.<BR>
