This is to inform you that M/s. Alkem Medtech Pvt Ltd , a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in India (Alkem Medtech) intends to acquire 100% of share capital of M/s. Bombay Ortho Industries Pvt Ltd (Bombay Ortho). Accordingly, Alkem Medtech and Bombay Ortho has today i.e 7th Feb, 25 executed a Binding offer outlining the terms and conditions with respect to the said acquisition.
