| ALLIED COMPUTERS INTERNATIONAL (ASIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Allied Computers International ( Asia) Limited will be held on Monday, 29th June, 2020 at 3.30 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company to transact the following business:<BR> 1. To consider, adopt and approve audited financial result for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2020 along with the Auditor''s Report and Certificate for unmodified opinion Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015<BR> <BR> 2.
