Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and<BR> Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the<BR> Company on recommendation of the Nomination and remuneration Committee, had approved the<BR> following today by way of circular resolutions:<BR> 1. Appointment of Mr. N. Ravi Vishwanath (DIN: 07332234) as an Additional Director (Non-<BR> Executive Non-Independent) of the Company w.e.f. April 1, 2021.<BR> 2. Taken note of the resignation by Mr. Subramanian Ramakrishnan from the position of Non-<BR> Executive Non-Independent Director w.e.f. close of business hours on March 31, 2021.<BR> 3. Reconstituted various Committees of the Board to give effect to above approvals.
