In terms of the provisions of Regulation 9 (1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in compliance with Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
