AMAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022, inter alia, to consider unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2021. Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from January 01, 2022 to January 23, 2022 (both days inclusive).
