| As required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today, i.e the February 15, 2023. The Board has inter-alia, considered and approved the following. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our letter dated January 28, 2022, we wish to inform that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ("RTA") of the Company has been changed from M/s S.K.D.C Consultants Limited (subsidiary of M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited) (Old RTA) to M/s. Cameo Corporate Services Limited (New RTA).The electronic connectivity of Depositories i.e National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL) has been shifted w.e.f. 14th February 2023. The contact details of new RTA were enclosed. | |
