| This is to inform you that Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. Tuesday, December 21st, 2021 the Board of Directors has inter alia considered and approved the following matters: 1) Pursuant to the applicable provisions and rules made thereunder of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Sanjaykumar PratapSingh (DIN: 09361892) as Additional Independent Director of the Company with effect from today i.e. 21.12.2021, Subject to approval of members in General meeting of the Company. 2) Pursuant to the applicable provisions and rules made thereunder of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Azhar Ali Shakir Ali (DIN: 09357458) as Additional Independent Director of the Company with effect from today i.e. 21.12.2021, Subject to approval of members in General meeting of the Company. other items..... | |
