Appointment of Ms. Poorvi Gattani, Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI Membership No.: ACS 53818) as Whole Time Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 22, 2022, in terms of provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and_ Rule made thereunder and Regulation 6 (1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure .
