This is further to our letter dated May 31, 2022 submitting the Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of the Members of the Company by way of Ordinary Resolution for: PAYMENT OF INCENTIVE TO MR. NEERAJ AKHOURY MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CEO ('MD & CEO') The resolution placed through the Postal Ballot was passed with the requisite majority. The resolution is deemed as passed on the last date of the e-voting, i.e. Friday, July 1, 2022. We enclose herewith; 1.
