Dear Sir/Mam,<BR> <BR> With reference to the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of Amco India Limited shall remain closed from 1st October, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter & half year ended on 30th September, 2020. The 'Trading Window' shall remain closed for all the Directors, employees, Auditors and other designated employees or persons of the Company including immediate relatives of any of them. During this period none of the above mentioned persons are permitted to deal in the securities of the Company in any manner whatsoever.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record.<BR>
