With reference to the captioned subject and application made by the Company to National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited regarding reclassification of certain persons from 'Promoter and Promoter Group' Category to 'Public' Category pursuant the order passed by Hon'ble NCLT, Chandigarh Bench approving the Composite Scheme of Arrangement, we wish to inform you that the Company has received approval from National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited for reclassification of the following persons from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' Category to the 'Public' Category of shareholders of the Company, in accordance with provisions of Regulation 31A(10) of the Listing Regulations: 1.
