Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, December 24, 2020 to Wednesday, December 30, 2020 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 35th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company. Further, the members of the Company whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members as on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 would be entitled to receive the dividend of Re. 0.08 per share (i.e. 4% on Rs. 2/- fully paid up share) for financial year 2019-20.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your record and display the same on the website of your Stock Exchange.<BR>
