We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2021 and the same would be opened after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 for the Designated Persons and their relatives.<BR> <BR> The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.<BR> <BR> Further the date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 shall be intimated in due course.<BR>
