| ANJANI SYNTHETICS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 13th February, 2023 at 04.00 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company in order the transact the following business: 1. To consider Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022; 2. To consider and transit any other business, if anywhich may be placed before the Board with the permission of the Chairman; Please note that the window for trading in the shares of the Company which has been closed and will continue to remain close till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2022 for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives in terms of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 | |
