we wish to inform you that Mr. Tarun Jain, (DIN: 01958423) has been appointed as the Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 02nd November, 2022 till the conclusion upcoming Annual general meeting of the Company. Further we would like to inform you that disclosure in respect of appointment of Mr. Tarun Jain is already filed on 02/11/2022 however the same has not been updated at BSE portal so therefore we are filling again the disclosure.
