As per company''s code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulation, 2015, the ''Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Directors and other Designated Employees of the Company from 07.02.2023 to 16.02.2023 (Both Days Inclusive). The trading window shall be reopen on 17.02.2023 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight Hours) after the conclusion of the Meeting.
