Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended and further to our letter dated December 02, 2022 intimating the approval of the shareholders by way of a special resolution, and the in-principle approval dated January 30, 2023, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of our Company, at its meeting held today approved allotment of the Equity Warrants on a preferential issue basis to the following entities / persons :
