This is to inform you that in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE Circular No. Ref No: NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 02nd April, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) shall be closed with effect from 1st January, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ending 31st December, 2022. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ending 31st December, 2022 shall be intimated in due course.
