| ANUH PHARMA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 6th November, 2020, inter alia: 1) To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2020; 2)To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.<BR> Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from Thursday, 1st October, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2020 i.e. upto Sunday, 8th November, 2020 (both days inclusive). <BR> | |
