Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, the 22nd December, 2021, has inter alia, approved and recommended issue of Bonus Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each in the ratio 1:10 i.e. (Bonus issue of 1 (One) Equity Share of Re. 1/- each for every 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of the Company of Re. 1/- held by the members as on the record date subject to all the necessary approvals. The record date will be declared in due course.
