APL Apollo Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2020, inter alia, has considered and approved:<BR><BR>- The sub-division of equity shares of the Company from the existing One (1) equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each into Five (5) equity shares of face value of 2/- each.
