Further to our letter dated 11th November 2020 relating to the plan to proceed with acquisition of the 50% equity stake held in Apollo Gleneagles Hospital Limited, Kolkata ('AGHL') by Gleneagles Development Pte Limited, we would like to inform you that the Company has since completed all necessary formalities in connection with the equity stake buy out.<BR> <BR> Consequently, AGHL has become a 100% Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company effective from 22nd April 2021.<BR> <BR> Please also note that the members of AGHL have approved the proposal for effecting a change in the name of the Company to Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals Limited, subject to the approval of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. <BR>
