| With reference to the captioned subject and exchange intimation letter dated 26th June, 2020 this is to inform that subsequent to declaration of final dividend @ 5% i.e. Rs 0.50/- on per equity share of Rs 10/- each (face value) by the shareholders at the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, 25th September, 2020 through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'), the Company has paid the Dividend through NACH/Electronic mode on 7th October, 2020 to those shareholders, whose bank account details are updated with the Registrar & Share Transfer agent in case of physical shares or with the Depositories if shares are held in, dematerialized form and the dispatching of Demand Drafts w.r.t to those shareholders whose bank accounts details were not updated/incorrect was completed on 24th October 2020. | |
