This is to inform your good office that in accordance with the 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2021, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021.
