This is to inform your good office that in accordance with the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons' of the Company, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2020, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.
