| With reference to our letter dated 4th February, 2021 regarding intimation of Board Meeting which is scheduled to be held on today Saturday, 13th February, 2021 at corporate office of the Company to consider and approve, inter-alia, the un-audited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020, we hereby inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company has been cancelled due to search operation by the Income tax department at the Corporate office of the Company. We will convene the Board Meeting within a week. We will intimate the date of Board Meeting shortly.<BR> Further reference to our letter dated 5th January, 2021, regarding intimation of closure of trading window pursuant to The SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, kindly note that trading window for dealing in securities of Company shall remain closed from 01st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020<BR> <BR> | |
