Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed the following Director on the Board of the Company pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. ShaileshKumar Nahar, (DIN: 02440264) has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 12th December, 2022 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting. Mr. ShaileshKumar Nahar is not related to any of the Directors/ Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
