This is in continuation to our letter dated 21st December 2022 and 2nd February 2023 informing you that the Trading Window Closure and Board Meeting to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022 along with Limited Review Report respectively. In this connection, we wish to inform you that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and code of practices and procedures for Fair Disclosure, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relative) from 22nd December 2022 to 14th February 2023
