The Company has completed dispatch of the Notice today i.e., June 6, 2023, to the Members whose name appears in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on the cut-off date i.e., June 2, 2023 and whose email IDs are registered with the Company/Depositories. Eligible Members can vote through remote e-voting facility on the special resolution specified in the Notice during the following voting period.
