In pursuant of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 04th February, 2023 at 03:10 P.M. inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its Designated persons has been closed from 01st January, 2023 till 48 hours of declaration of results i.e. 06th February, 2023 (both days inclusive).
