In terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and pursuant to the Code of Insider Trading of the Company, we wish to inform that the trading window will remain closed from 1st January, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2021 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.
