As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, effective April 1, 2019, the "Trading restriction period can be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results'. <BR> <BR> As per the clarification issued by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and by National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) Vide circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019; it is advised to all listed companies that the trading window shall close not later than end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results.<BR> <BR> In View of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading Window of the Company will be closed from April 01, 2021 (Thursday) and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021.<BR>
