We would like to inform you that as per the Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with the clarification letter issued by NSE vide Ref No: NSE/CML/ 2019/11 & by BSE vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April, 02, 2019, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed with effect from 01st April, 2021 for all the Designated Person and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2021.
