| With reference to regulation 25 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013 we hereby inform you that a separate meeting of Independent Directors will be held on Thursday, 16th day of March, 2023 at 2:00 PM. at the registered Office of the Company at B 208, Ramji House, 30 Jambulwadi, JSS Road, Mumbai-400002 inter alia, to transact following major businesses:- 1. To review the performance of chairperson and non-independent directors. 2. To review the performance of the entire board of directors of the company. 3. To assess the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the company management and the Board that is necessary for the Board to effectively and reasonably perform their duties. 4. To ensure that the company has adequate and functional vigil mechanism 5. To ensure adequate deliberations on related party transactions. | |
