| Arshiya Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. Further as communicated earlier, pursuant to 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities' adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) with effect from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration/announcement of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022.
