This is to inform you that in terms of the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities' adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated and/or Connected Persons with effect from Saturday, 1st April 2023, till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 (both days inclusive).
