Pursuant to the company's Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading of the Company's Securities by the Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) of the Company, as framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), please note that the 'Trading Window' (i.e. period to deal in the company's shares) shall remain closed from Saturday, 1' January, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the Nine Month and quarter ending 31-'' December, 2021. The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company's Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.12.2021 to the stock exchange(s).
