Dear Sir, This is to inform you that in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons/Insiders read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Insiders/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from 1st April, 2022 until the expiry of 48 hours after the date on which the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022 are communicated to the Stock Exchange. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022 will be informed in due course.
